We usually ship within five working days from receiving your order, however during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Please ensure your address details are correct on Paypal as this is the address we will ship to.
Items are well packed and there should not be any problems with breakages, however, we will replace damaged items straight away (please email photos of damage) and will then put a claim in with the post office/courier (who may contact you) so that you do not have to wait too long to get your crafting underway.
If our website over estimates shipping cost, those costs are returned directly to your paypal/bank.
Paypal sends postage payment notifications by email, your parcel will be shipped by end of next working day after notification has been sent.
International orders
Please allow at least 10 working days from ordering internationally before contacting us. Parcels can be held up by customs or by national holidays both here and abroad.

International and UK orders via Royal mail can be shipped signed for. Just message when you send your order and we will invoice you for the signed for service. This is usually £3.45 for proof of delivery. Orders over £20 will not be refunded/replaced unless this service is chosen.
We always obtain proof of postage which will prove we have shipped it and will cover you up to £20.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all local taxes/custom charges, these are not invoice for by Fernli designs.
UK orders
My Hermes have introduced a new price for parcels dropped off at one of their collection points. It is very competitive but takes 2-3 days longer than royal mail, It is however fully tracked. We will use this service on parcels over 1kg where possible as it is the cheapest option for most larger/heavier parcels, especially large storage items.
We also use other courier services, if you have a preference, please let us know.
If you would like your smaller parcel sent vis MyHermes please let us know.
If you would prefer to use Royal Mail, please contact us and we can invoice you for the difference in postal charges.
Local collection is also available if you live or work close enough to the SN5 area.
