How do I place an order.

 

All you need to do is click on the product/s you are interested in and add to your cart.  

 

Or you can also order by email to Fernlidesigns@gmail.com and we will invoice you through paypal.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept payments through Paypal.  You can pay via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.   

This gives you a safe method of payment and some added security. 

 

Once your payment has cleared we will pick and pack your order.  All parcels will normally be posted by the end of the next working day however, please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed.  

 

Bespoke and bulk orders will normally take longer, please check with us before ordering or at time of ordering.

 

Most UK postage and packaging up to 1kg will be sent by Royal mail 1st class. We always obtain proof of posting. Anything over 1kg will usually be sent by courier as this is your cheapest option and also supplies tracking and higher levels of insurance.  Please make sure your Paypal address is correct when ordering.  We will be shipping to that address unless asked to do otherwise.

 

We welcome international customers and prices can be found under the 'International' tab.

We apply the same rules to international shipping.

 

WE ALWAYS RETURN ANY EXCESS P&P, USUALLY SAME DAY AS POSTED.
